Program description
Sefo Pacific Logistics Inc. sends text messages to shippers, carriers and drivers we do business with. Messages cover quote requests, load offers and confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, appointment times, paperwork (rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs) and carrier setup. We do not send marketing messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our rate request form at sefopacific.net, or by giving us your mobile number and verbally or in writing agreeing to receive texts about your loads. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your loads and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Privacy
We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
